Editing a Submitted/Approved Timesheet

Employees have the ability to edit a timesheet after it has been submitted and/or approved. Timesheets are not locked from editing until after the pay period ends and a central lock is placed on them.

If the timesheet is not locked, it will look the same whether or not it is approved, and the employee or manager can click into any of the days to change the time, similar to what they do when entering time on the timesheet.

Biometric/Web Clock employees, however, do not have access to edit their own timesheets and their managers will need to make edits on an employee's behalf.

If any approved time is changed, it will need to be re-approved by the manager.
