In this article you will learn to run the Invoice Register Process by Business Unit. The Invoice Register is a consolidated report providing a list of customer invoices that have been generated over a specific range of time.

Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management System.
First, log into the Financial Management System
Click the Classic Home tile.
To navigate to the Invoice Register page, select:
Main Menu > Billing > Generate Invoices > Reports > Invoice Register
Click the Add a New Value tab.
The Invoice Register page is displayed. This page is used to add a Run Control ID for the specific report request process you wish to run.
A Run Control ID is an identifier (name) that identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
Note: To use the same Run Control ID for future jobs where you want to run the Aging Detail by Unit report, you will want to enter an ID that you easily recognize. One good option is to start with the initials of the module you are working in, followed by the name of the process.
Enter the appropriate information into the Run Control ID field.
Example shown here: "AR_INVOICE_REGISTER " in the Run Control ID field
Click the Add button.
Enter appropriate information into the Business Unit field.
Example shown here: " 66001 " in the Business Unit field
The Range Selection defaults to Final Date Range. Leave this option as displayed.
Enter appropriate information into the Start Date field.

Enter appropriate information into the End Date field.

Click the Run button.
In the Process List, click the checkbox for Invoice Register by Customer.
Click the OK button.
Click the Process Monitor link.
The Process List page is displayed. This page is used to monitor the status of the process.
The selected process is displayed with "Queued" in the Run Status field.
Click the Refresh button several times or until the Run Status field displays "Success" .
Click the Go back to Invoice Register link.
Click the Report Manager link.
The View Reports For page is displayed. If your report is not displayed in the Reports section, click the Refresh button to update the page.
Click the Refresh button.
Click the appropriate Report link.
The File List section is displayed. Click the appropriate . PDF link.
The Invoice Register report is displayed for this Business Unit and the date range you selected.
When you have finished your review, close your browser to return to the previous page.
