You can view an employee's pay frequency (biweekly, monthly, or 10-month faculty) in the UGA Budget Management System. You can also view related job information, such as the Pay Group for the employee.

Pay Group Quick Reference Guide
In this article, you will learn how to check an employee's pay frequency in the UGA Budget Management System.
First, log into the Budget Management System.
On the UGA Budget Management System HomePage , click the BUDDEV link in the Applications box.
The BUDDEV tab is displayed.
To access the salary forms, in the Form Folder section, use the following navigation in the Form Folder: Forms > Salary .
Click the Salary link.
A list of salary forms is displayed In the Form section.
Click the Position Budgeting form.
The Position Budgeting form is displayed on the right side of the screen.
To collapse the pane on the left side of the screen and maximize your workspace, click the collapse pane button to the left of the Position Budgeting section.
To select the employee for whom you want to check pay frequency, click the drop-down button next to the employee name field.
You can search an employee by entering the employee's name in the Member field.
You can also scroll down to locate the name of the employee.
Click on the employee's name from the list.
After selecting an employee, click the Go arrow to retrieve the employee's position information.
In the Time Band Summary section, the Time Bands display the number of weekdays for FY2020 (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020).
If the # of Weekdays are shown, the employee is paid biweekly.
For a monthly employee, the Time Bands will display the number of months, totaling 12 months for FY2020 (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020).
For a faculty member, the Time Bands will display the number of months, totaling 10 months for FY2020 (August 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020).
You can also check the employee's pay frequency by reviewing the expansion arrow in the Position section.
Click the expansion arrow.
Click the Position Attributes link.
You can review the information about the selected employee's position.

The Pay Frequency (Biweekly or Monthly) is also displayed in the table.
