UGAmart is integrated with the UGA Financial Management System. When you make a purchase in UGAmart, you will need to add in the accounting information to the order using either a SpeedType or a chartstring on the Accounting Codes section.
This video tutorial demonstrates how to enter multiple chartstrings for a PO based on percentages or total amount. Multiple Chartstrings can be entered both for the PO header and line items. The steps are the same for single charstring entry, but ensure the percentage is 100 or the total reflects the entire amount.
