Actions are activities that an action owner performs in response to the condition of a customer's account, such as sending a follow-up letter. Actions are also activities that an action owner performs for items, such as scheduling collection activity. This article will review the owner action list and how to reassign an action owner.
In this article you will review the Owner Action List for the UGA Athletic Association.

First, log into OneUSG Connect
Click the Classic Home tile.
To navigate to the Owner Action List page, select:
Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Actions > Owner Action List
The Owner Action List Search page is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information into the SetID field.
In the Set ID field, enter " UGA01 ".
Enter the appropriate information into the User ID field. In the User ID field, enter " spcald ".
Click the Search button.
The Owner Action List page is displayed. You can use the Owner Action List page to review a list of open actions that are assigned to a specific owner.
The Action Status column displays the status of an action. Values are:
- New : No action has been taken.
- Pending : You have looked at an action, but not completed it.
The Action Column displays all actions that are either New or Pending.
To view a New action, click the Review Broken Promise Date link.
The Action Detail page is displayed. This page provides details about the Action:
- Description of the Condition
- The type of Message
- The name of the Action Owner
- The Action Due Date
Additional fields include:
- The Date the Action was added
- The Days on the Action List
- The Set ID and Business Unit
To return to the Action Detail page, click the Close link.
To view the Pending action detail, click the Review Broken Promise Date link.
The Action Detail section displays the Broken Promise Detail.
To return to the Owner Action List page, click the Close link.
Click the Review Broken Promise Date link.
Click the Perform Action button.
The Conversations page is displayed. This page displays the details of the promise to pay conversation with the customer.
The Promise of Payment section displays the Promise Date, Promise Amount and Broken Promise Action reason code.
If necessary, scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Conversation Entries section. The Comments field displays the payment arrangements that were made with the customer.
To close the Conversations page, click the Close link.
You are returned to the Action Detail page.
Click the Reassign Action button.
The Reassign Action page is displayed. You can use the Reassignment section to reassign further payment action to another Owner.
The Owner Type options to choose from for reassignment are displayed in the Owner Type drop-down list.
To return to the Owner Action List, click the Close link.
Click the Close link.
