Submitting a Service Ticket to OneUSG Connect Support

To submit a OneUSG Connect support service ticket, email oneusgsupport@uga.edu.

When submitting a service ticket to OneUSG Connect Support, include the following information:

  • Full Name: Include your full name (avoid using nicknames or abbreviated names)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Detailed description of the issue

    Example: If you are a time approver or manager having trouble approving a particular absence or timesheet, provide the employee's name in the description of the issue.

    "I am getting _______ error message when I attempt to approve the 1/15/2019 absence for Employee Name."
  • Supporting screenshots: screenshots of error messages or system issues help the support team identify the issue more efficiently.

Note: Do NOT email or include sensitive information in the service tickets.
