In the UGA Financial Management System, you have access to a list of queries that can be used to track useful statistics relating to financial transactions. The queries are organized by system module. Results can be exported as an Excel file for reporting purposes.
In this article, you will learn the steps to use the Financial Statistics Workcenter in the UGA Financial Management System to run a query and view/export related data.
From the Employee Self Service homepage, click the Classic Home tile.
To navigate to the UGA Financial Stats Workcenter, select:
Main Menu > UGA > UGA Financial Stats Workcenter
Click the UGA Financials Stats Workcenter link.
The UGA Financial Stats Workcenter is displayed with a list of available queries on the left side of the screen. The queries are organized by system module.
To collapse any of the modules, click the arrow to the left of the module name.

The section is collapsed. Use the arrow to the left of any module to collapse each section as needed.
To re-expand, click the arrows again as needed to display the list of queries.

To view a query, click the appropriate link.

The Payment Request Details by Employee query search screen is displayed. You must enter both a FROM and TO date. Dates can be entered manually in the MM/DD/YYYY format or by using the calendar.
Note: Leaving the Employee field blank will return all employees that initiated a payment request for the dates selected.
Click the calendar icon to the right of the Enter Dt - FROM field.
The Calendar pop-up window is displayed. Select the appropriate month and year from the corresponding drop-down lists. Click to select the appropriate date.

The selected date is displayed in the FROM field.
Select or enter the appropriate information in the Enter Dt - TO field.

Click the View Results button.
The query results are displayed. Results can be exported into an Excel Spreadsheet, CSV (Comma Separated Value) Text File, or XML File (which can be embedded).
In the left navigation menu, click the Expense Report Counts link.
The Expense Report Counts query search page is displayed.
Note: The % in the Dept field is a wild card and will return all results. Data followed by % will return partial matches. The field cannot be left blank.
Click the Calendar Created-FROM icon.
Click the November 1, 2019 link.
Click the Calendar Created-TO icon.
Click the November 19, 2019 link.
Enter the required query search parameters.
The results of the query are displayed.
To export the results, click the Excel Spreadsheet link.
The system prompts for opening the file are displayed. Select the appropriate option(s) to open the file.
