The process of reviewing data on a regular basis begins here. Users can review the budget balance of their set financial department. These balances will show, by fund code, for revenue, personal services, and nonpersonal services. There is a requirement to keep each of these positive throughout the year, and a quarterly amendment review will be done prior to quarterly reporting to the BOR using this process.
In this article, you will learn to review your data in the UGA Budget Management System.
First, log into the Budget Management System.
Choose the application where you want to review data.

The Amendment Review form appears in the workspace. It contains various columns and rows. The Department column lists the departments and their descriptions.
A [C] beside the Department Description denotes that it is a Control Department.

A [CT] beside the Department Description denotes that it is a Control Transaction.
Reminder: A Control Transaction department has transactions occur on it and is where budget check occurs. Control Transaction [CT] departments will have no children departments under them.
The Fund column shows the funds and description associated to each department.
The Account A400000 column displays Revenues for each department.
