OneUSG Connect provides the ability to view your personal information through Employee Self Service. You can view the following personal information:

In this article, you will view your personal information.
Changing personal information will be covered in other topics as noted in this article.
From the Employee Self Service page, click the Personal Details tile.
The Personal Details page opens to display the addresses page.
The Addresses section displays the current address information. Any paper checks that you receive would be sent to this address, rather than to the mailing address.
Note: For instructions on how to change your home address, see the article Changing My Home Address.
Click the Campus Address link.
The current Campus Address is displayed.
Note: Campus Address information cannot be changed in Employee Self Service. Contact your supervisor if this information is incorrect.
Click the Contact Details link.
The Contact Details section displays the current Business and Home contact numbers, as well as the Email Address.
Note: For instructions on changing your phone number and email address, see the articles Changing My Phone Number and Adding an Email Address.
Click the Name link.
The Name information is displayed.
Note: For instructions on how to change your name, see the article Changing My Name.
Click the Ethnic Groups link.
The Ethnics Group page is displayed with the employee's ethnic information.
Click the Emergency Contacts link.
The Emergency Contact page is displayed. Use this page to add emergency contact information.
Note: For instructions on how to add Emergency Contacts, see the article Adding My Emergency Contact.
Click the Additional Information link.
The Additional Information page is displayed with further personal Information.
Note: If employee information on this page is incorrect, contact your Human Resources department to make any changes.
