Viewing Award Modifications

   Overview   

This article provides an overview of the Awards Modification page. Included is a brief discussion of the awarding activity of the sponsored project with access to additional awards associated with the queried Sponsored Project.

In this article, you will view information on award modifications.

1. Step 1

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Classic Home tile.

2. Step 2

To navigate to the Award Modifications page, select:

Main Menu > Grants > Awards > Review Award Modifications

3. Step 3

The Award Modifications   search page is displayed.

The Business Unit is required for the search criteria.

To locate the Business Unit, click the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the Business Unit field or enter the Business Unit directly.

In the Business Unit field, enter  "1" to see the options in the drop-down list.

4. Step 4

The Business Units for different divisions of the university are displayed.

Click the appropriate option.

5. Step 5

You can enter the Award ID directly into the Award ID field or use the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the field.

6. Step 6

Click the Search button.

7. Step 7

Select the appropriate award from the Award ID column.

8. Step 8

Review Award Modifications page displayed

The Review Award Modifications page is displayed. The awarding activity of the sponsored project is shown. 

Example shown here:  we see only one award. Additional awards to funding would be displayed with additional lines.
