Clearing Your Cache

   Overview   

On occasion you may need to clear your cache, including after new releases where updates have been made to our systems. Clearing cache deletes information from your browser. Below instructions on how to clear your cache in different browsers.

How do I clear cache in Google Chrome? 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More  Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Clear browsing data.
  3. Select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Click Clear data.
  6. Your cache is now cleared.

How do I clear cache in Firefox?

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

How do I clear cache in Safari?

  1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History >
  2. choose Clear History,
  3. then click the pop-up menu.
  4. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.


How do I clear cache in Edge?

  1. To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > 
  2. Click Privacy 
  3. Click Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.
  • You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.
