This article explains the steps to look up documents using the Project ID in the Perceptive Content 7 system.
In this article, you will learn the steps to look up documents using Project ID #.
Click the Documents drop-down button to activate the menu.
Click the + button to expand the SPA All Documents menu.
Note: You can search by one of the document's index values or custom properties. These are searchable fields for the document. For SPA, many of these fields are the same, but some are customized to the document.
Click the Search By PS Project ID link.
The Select a Search Value window displays.
Enter appropriate information into the field.
Example shown here: Enter "RNIHXRR211532cv".
Click the OK button.
The search result displays multiple documents. Scroll through the page to locate the document.
Note: You can scroll to the right to see additional fields. You also have the option of customizing the order in which fields display for you. For example, if you would like to see the 'PS Project ID' field without scrolling, simply drag this over and it will be placed on this view for future searches.
You can click on the header of any column to sort.
Note: The account number from the Legacy system will be displayed in the Legacy Account # field through July 2018.
Once you have identified the document you would like to view, double-click on the row to view the document.
Double-click the SPA-A-Award link.
The document will open in a new Content Viewer window.
