Returning to a Saved Express Direct Retro

   Overview   

At any point during the creation of an Express Direct Retro request, you can save your work using the Save Ad Hoc button if you want to submit the transaction at a later time. 

Note: Saved EDR transactions that have not been submitted will be deleted by the batch job after 5 days.  The batch job runs four times per day: 5:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.

In this article, you will learn the steps to return to a saved Express Direct Retro request in OneUSG Connect so that you can view or complete it.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect.                         

From the OneUSG Connect Manager Self Service page, click the Retro Distribution Request tile.

2. Step 2

The Retro Distribution Request page is displayed.

Scroll down to view a list of existing EDR transactions in the Search - Existing section or use the search funtion to locate the transaction you need.

3. Step 3

In the Select column, click the appropriate checkbox to the left of the saved Express Direct Retro transaction that you want to return to.

4. Step 4

Click the Next Button.
