Revoking Delegation of Authority

   Overview   

Supervisors and Time & Absence Approvers can revoke the delegated authority in OneUSG Connect for Manager Self Service transactions.

In this article, you will learn the steps to revoke a delegated authority in OneUSG Connect.

1. Step 1

The Manager Self Service page is displayed with the Delegations tile highlighted.

First, log into OneUSG Connect.

From the Manager Self Service in OneUSG Connect, click the Delegations tile.

2. Step 2

The Delegations page is displayed with the My Delegates tile highlighted.

The Delegations page is displayed.

Click the My Delegates tile.

3. Step 3

The My Delegates page is displayed with the delegation status tabs highlighted.

The My Delegates page is displayed. The Status tab bar allows you to filter your delegates by their current status. All current delegates are displayed under the Active tab. 

4. Step 4

The checkbox to the left of the Porter Salsman row is highlighted.

Select the  checkbox to the left of the appropriate employee option.

5. Step 5

The Revoke button is highlighted.

With the appropriate employee(s) selected, click the Revoke button.

6. Step 6

A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the Yes button highlighted.

Click the Yes button.

7. Step 7

The message “Delegation request revoked” is highlighted.

The authority is revoked, and a message stating Delegation request revoked is displayed.
