Before You Request
- Consider these circumstances in which a multi-level event, rather than a single event, may be needed. If so, the event may need to be converted to a multi-level event. If you have any questions or need instructions for doing so, please contact Client Services.
- When individual options need to be restricted to different capacities.
- When individual options need different form fields for gathering additional information.
- When individual registrants might need to register for more than one of the existing options.
- Registration options must be setup before a registration page can be created.
- When requesting a registration page for a PAID event, please make sure the event has been approved in GAIL by Gift Accounting.
- Check if your request would be more appropriate for a different service offered by Advancement IT.
- (Ex. Prospecting requests should go through the Query & Reporting Request offering)
- Consider if this request is more appropriate for the UGA Foundation (Gift Accounting, Fund Agreements, Financial Accounting, or Expenditure Control).
