Special Events Request

Steps to Scheduling an Event:

  1. Check the Terry Master Calendar  http://www.terry.uga.edu/events and the UGA Master Calendar https://calendar.uga.edu/ to ensure you are not competing with another important event on campus

  2. Reserve room/location for the event through Facilities Requests Form

  3. Place the event on the Terry Master Calendar, if applicable

  4. Complete Special Events Request form


Student Organization Event:

Student organization requests should come from the academic department in which the student group is housed. The faculty/staff advisor and/or departmental contact must be in attendance for the entire event.
