Request Guideline - Software requests for vLab are approved on a per semester basis. All vLab software is reviewed annually with respect to usage statistics and proper licensing. EITS reserves the right to remove any software at its discretion. This request must be in adherence to:

Attach Licensing terms

The licensing terms to be attached should be a current active, fully executed license agreement signed by an authorized UGA/USG rep, not a EULA. The attached licensing agreement must state that use of the application is permitted in a virtual environment.
