If you do not verify your UGA email account with QuestionPro, your survey will be sent from qp.com with an external sender message to survey recipients. 

Can I use a Departmental MyID account to log in to QuestionPro?

Yes, as long as you have a departmental MyID that is SSO enabled and your departmental need to use QuestionPro meets the criteria for Instructional research or assessment it is fine. 

What do I do if I receive a http status 400 message upon logging in to QuestionPro? 

Try clearing your all-time cache and cookies history from your browser and try again.
