Are mobile apps included in the enterprise agreement?
Yes. A named user account is required to download and access.
Is Adobe Captivate included?
Captivate is not included in the enterprise faculty/staff agreement. Faculty and staff may purchase it through the USG Tech Store.
I've added someone as a named user but they cannot log in. What should I do?
Contact Contracts and Licensing at itcla@uga.edu. We will delete the user from the portal. The IT Technical Contact for your department or unit will have to add them back to the portal.
I've migrated a current user to a new PC and now all programs are running on a seven-day trial. What should I do?
