Is access to Athena reviewed?
No. Athena access is not included in the annual access review. Only users with access to Banner Admin INB are required to have their access reviewed each year.
How do I request access to UGAJobs?
To request access to UGAJobs, please complete and submit the UGAJobs User Request Form.
How do I request access for a user to the UGA Financial Management System, UGA Budget Management System, or OneUSG Connect?
Supervisors may request access for their employees by visiting the Access Requests and Security Roles page and logging in with their MyID and password.
What is the TL Approver Role?
The TL Approver role is typically a dynamic role assigned when an individual is designated as an additional Time and Absence Approver in OneUSG Connect.
This role allows the user to view, edit, and/or approve employee timesheets.
It may be provisioned for:
- Time and Absence Approvers
- Employees with Dynamic Group access to view and edit timesheets within specific departments
What if I have been listed as the supervisor of a user with access to one of the systems in scope?
Supervisors must complete the access verification process to confirm whether each employee still requires their assigned access.
Follow the steps in the article “Supervisors: How to Verify Employee Access to Banner and OneSource Systems” to approve or deny access.
If you do not complete the verification, your employees’ access will be revoked.
What if I am not the correct supervisor/manager?
If you receive an approval request for an employee you do not supervise, please submit a request to update the ownership here: Support Request
A user I’m reviewing does not need all their listed roles. What should I do?
Each role appears individually.
Simply select “Deny” for roles the user no longer needs and “Approve” for roles they should keep.
What if I miss the deadline for annual access verification?
If you do not respond by the deadline, any user or role you have not reviewed will automatically lose access.

Why can't I run reports? (Technical Liaisons)
If you’re unable to run the report, please try resizing your screen so the entire window is visible. This will allow you to see all required selections that must be completed before the report can run.
