There are two ways to start a meeting in Teams.
- Meet Now: A meeting can be started at any time. Once started, any member on your team can instantly join in on the conversation. More information is available on Microsoft's website.
- Schedule A Meeting: Meetings can be scheduled in advanced within Teams. This allows you to schedule a meeting that is available to all members of your team. The meeting can be one-time or recurring. More information is available on Microsoft's website.
