Customizing Windows Defender with Company Contact Info

Microsoft Intune provides administrators the ability to configure customized organizational contact information within the Windows Defender security center. This allows displaying details such as help desk numbers and IT website URLs that end users can access directly from Windows Defender as follows:



To configure this, navigate to Endpoint Security  Antivirus
Select Create Policy



Select Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server for Platform and Windows Security Experience for Profile. Click Create at the bottom.



Scroll to the bottom and configure the following settings with the values that best suit your unique environment and requirements.



Once the configurations have been established, proceed through the remaining steps and assign the policy to the appropriate device groups. Carefully review the policy settings before finalizing its creation.
