Environment: Windows and Apple Computers

Prerequisites: The printer needs to be attached to PrinterLogic
Issue: Printer drivers need to be added to a computer
Resolution:
- Open Web Browser
- Navigate to terry.printercloud.com
- Click Terry College of Business
- Choose your Building
- Choose Your floor
- Find the Printer
- if in the map hover over the printer icon and select Install printer
- if in the list double click the printer icon
- Follow on-screen instructions for the printer installation.
- Click OK
