Running the Web Clock IP Address Audit Query

In OneUSG Connect, you can access the Web Clock IP Address Audit query (180_TL_WEBCLOCK_IP_ALL) on the System Manager Reporting Page, in the Time and Labor section.  This query enables you to view Web Clock entries and the IP address from which the punch was made for location auditing purposes.

In this article, you will learn the steps to run a query to view Web Clock entries and the IP address from which the punch was made for location auditing purpose.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

On the Manager Self Service page, click the System Manager Reporting tile.

2. Step 2

The System Manager Reporting page is displayed.

Click the Time and Labor menu link under the Queries menu to view available queries in that category.

The available queries for Time and Labor are displayed.

Click the Audit Time Input Location query link.

The search criteria for the query 180_TL_WEBCLOCK_IP_ALL is displayed.

Click the calendar icon next to the From Date to select a date.

The calendar is displayed. Select the appropriate date.

Click the calendar icon to select a Thru Date.

The calendar is displayed. Select the appropriate date.

With the dates entered, click the View Results button.

The requested results are displayed.

Click the Excel SpreadSheet link to download the data into an Excel file.

When prompted, click the Open button to download the file.

The Excel file is displayed. You can scroll to the right to view additional columns. You can also filter and sort the data to view the information you need.

Additional columns are displayed, including the Client IP address. You can review this information for discrepancies.
