Viewing Your W-2 in OneUSG Connect

Overview

If you have provided consent to receive an electronic W-2, you can access your W-2 from within Employee Self Service in OneUSG Connect.

Note: You may need to turn off your pop-up blocker in your browser to view your W-2.

W-2s for any terminated employees will be mailed to the home address listed in OneUSG Connect. They will not be available for viewing in OneUSG Connect.

If you need a copy of your W-2 for years prior to 2019, please contact oneusgsupport@uga.edu for assistance.

As of October 12, 2024, you must be connected to a UGA Campus network to make changes to Personal Details information. Other connections are view only access. If you cannot connect from a campus network and need to make changes, please contact the UGA HR team

In this article, you will learn the steps to view your W-2 tax form in OneUSG Connect.

Note : Before you can view your W-2 form, you will need to disable the popup blocker in your browser's settings.

1. Step 1

From the Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Payroll tile.

2. Step 2

Click the Taxes tile.

3. Step 3

The View W-2/W-2c Forms page is displayed with your current tax information.

On the Direct Deposit page, review the View W-2/W-2C Forms warning. You must be on a UGA network to make changes to this page.

Click the View W-2/W-2c button.

Special Note

If you try to access the W-2/W-2c page from an off campus network, a message is displayed instructing you to contact your Human Resources or Payroll representatives.

4. Step 4

The selected W-2 form is displayed. Depending you your browser type, you can download and print your W-2 from the browser's popup window.
