   Overview   

The article will provide an overview of accessing the Grants Contracts Workbench. The Grants Contract Workbench provides a summarized view of the details associated with the awards that you search. The Award information, Award Funding Periods, and other related information is displayed within the Grants Contracts Workbench.

   Instructions   

  1. Step 1: Click the Classic Home tile.
  2. Step 2: To navigate to the Grants Contracts Workbench page, select: Main Menu > Grants > Contracts Workbench
  3. Step 3: To locate the Business Unit, click the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the Business Unit field or enter the Business Unit directly.
  4. Step 4: You can enter the Award ID directly into the Award ID field or use the Lookup Magnifying Glass to the right of the field.
  5. Step 5: Click the Search button.
  6. Step 6: Select the appropriate award from the Award ID column.
  7. Step 7: The Contracts Workbench is displayed.

To navigate to the Grants Contracts Workbench page, select:

Main Menu > Grants > Contracts Workbench

3. Step 3

The Contracts Workbench inquiry page is displayed.

The Business Unit is required for the search criteria.

To locate the Business Unit, click the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the Business Unit field or enter the Business Unit directly.

Example shown here: " 18400 ".

4. Step 4

You can enter the Award ID directly into the Award ID field or use the Lookup Magnifying Glass to the right of the field.

Example shown here: " AWD123 ".

5. Step 5

Click the Search button.

Select the appropriate award from the Award ID column.

The Contracts Workbench is displayed.

This page provides a summarized view of the details associated with the selected award. The Award information, Award Funding Periods, and other related information is displayed.
