Running the Compensation Query

   Overview   

In the OneUSG Connect system, you can run the Compensation query (180_HR_COMP) on the System Manager Reporting Page to view current compensation rates for an Employee ID or Department ID. It will show Annual, Monthly, Daily, and Hourly Rates.

In this article, you will learn the steps to run a query to view employee compensation rates.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

Click the System Manager Reporting tile.

2. Step 2

The System Manager Reporting page is displayed.

Click the Workforce Administration menu item to view available queries.

The available queries under Workforce Administration are displayed.

Click the Compensation Query Group link.

The available categories under Compensation Query Group are displayed.

Click the Simple Job Compensation Query link.

The search page for the query 180_HR_COMP (Compensation) is displayed. You can enter appropriate information into the search criteria to limit your search results. The % wildcard search will display all possible results for your search.

Example shown here: The is search open, with no data entered in the Employee ID and Department ID. This will return all Employees in all Departments to which you have access.

Click the drop-down list next to the HR Status field.

Click the Active list item to view only active UGA employees.

With your search criteria entered, click the View Results button.

The results are displayed.

Click the Excel SpreadSheet to download the data as an Excel file.

Depending on the browser, click the Open button.

The requested result is displayed. You can filter or sort the data to locate the information you need. Scroll to the right to view additional information.

Additional columns are displayed, including Annual Rate, Compensation Rate, Compensation Frequency, Hourly Rate, Monthly Rate, and Daily Rate.

Column R displays the Annual Benefits Base.
