The UGA Financial Management System enables you to review customer statements. In this article you will review a customer statement.
This topic explains the process for reviewing customer statements.
Note: This article was recorded using sample values. Actual values may differ in the production version of the UGA Financial Management System.
First, log into the Financial Management System.
Click the Classic Home tile.
To navigate to the Review Statements page, select:
Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Statements > Review Statements
The Review Statements search page is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information into the SetID field.
Example shown here: " UGA01 ".
Click the Search button.
A list of customer statements is displayed.
From this page you can select a customer statement to view additional details.
To view a customer statement, click the appropriate Customer link.
The selected Customer Statement is displayed in the Review Statements window.
The top section of the page displays the Subtotal and Current Balance for all of the invoices for this customer.
The Details section of the page displays the information for each invoice included in the Statement.
Important items for you to look at include Item ID, Line Statement Amount and Item Current Amount.
To view all items, click the View All link.
You can now view all items related to the selected statement.
