Description: This class will cover the budget planning and salary setting of the University of Georgia's original budget using the UGA Budget Management System. This course will be by invitation only to budget development contacts and their teams, who have responsibility for overseeing and establishing the original budget for their school, college, or unit. Includes in-depth walkthroughs of various scenarios including the steps to review allocation sheets, provide salary setting and funding for employees, and develop the budget by chartstring.
