Viewing the Project Team

From this article you will be able to access information on the project team of the sponsored project that you are working on.

 

   In this article, you will view the Project Team for a sponsored project.

1. Step 1

The Employee Self Service page is displayed with the Classic Home tile highlighted.

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Classic Home tile.

2. Step 2

The Oracle page is displayed with the Manage Project Team link highlighted in the Project Costing menu.

To navigate to the Project Team, select:

Main Menu > Project Costing > Project Definitions > Manage Project Team

3. Step 3

The Team Search Criteria page is displayed with the Find an Existing Value section highlighted.

The Team Search Criteria page is displayed.

The Business Unit is required for the search criteria.

4. Step 4

The Team Search Criteria page is displayed with the Business Unit field highlighted.

To locate the Business Unit, click the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the Business Unit field or enter the Business Unit directly.

Example shown here:  18400 in the Business Unit field

5. Step 5

The Project field is highlighted.

You can enter the Project directly into the Project field or use the lookup magnifying glass to the right of the field.

Enter the appropriate information in the Project field.

Example shown above: "RFAXXXXXXXXXXXX".

6. Step 6

The Search button is highlighted.

Click the Search button.

7. Step 7

The Team page is displayed with the sections and fields highlighted.

The Team page is displayed.

This page provides information on all PI's associated with the queried project. It also provides information on the Project PI, and Start Date and Stop Date on the Project.

8. Step 8

The Team Detail tab is highlighted.

Click the Team Detail tab.

9. Step 9

The Team Detail tab is displayed and highlighted.

The Team Detail tab is displayed.

From this page you can view additional related information for the project that you queried.

10. Step 10

The Return to Search button is highlighted.

Click the Return to Search button to return to the search criteria page. Scroll down to view if necessary.
