Working with Pending Items

The individual transactions that make up a customer's balance are called items. Pending items are transactions entered into the system but not yet updated to the customer's balance. These may be invoices, credit memos, debit memos or other transactions.

During the Receivables Update process, these items are picked up and factored into the balance of the customer.
