Viewing Access Request Status

First, log into the Financial Management System.

Click the Choose other homepages list.

Click the  Request Access  tile.

The UGA Access Links page appears with the menu to select the appropriate approver assignment.

Click the link for the type of access you want to review. Click the UGA Financial Management System Access Request hyperlink.

You will be searching for a request that  has already been submitted.

The Search Criteria asks for an Access Request Number. If you know the number of the access request, you can enter it here. You can also use the  operators for the search field to find a range of numbers.

If you do not know the Access Request Number, you can search by MyID.  To search by MyID, select the appropriate search criteria and enter the MyID.

Example shown here:" uga " in the User ID field.

The matching data are displayed in the Search Results table. Click the appropriate User ID link to open the access request.

Note: Longer lists can be sorted according to column by clicking the corresponding column header.
