Viewing Class Codes in the Data Warehouse

First, log into the Financial Management System

In the Data Warehouse Financial page, click the CF_Class_CF_Current  report under the PAGINATED REPORTS area.

The report is displayed.

Click the drop-down button to the right of the Save field.

Click the Excel list item to download the data into an Excel file.

Click the  CF_Class_CF_Current.xlsx  button to open the Excel file.

The requested data is displayed in an Excel file.

Click the Enable Editing button to work with the data.

Click the Class ID column.

Click the Home tab.

Click the Sort & Filter drop-down button.

Click the Filter menu item.

Click the drop-down button to the right of the Class ID field.

Enter appropriate information into the Class ID search field.

Example shown here: " 67* " in the Class ID field.

Click the OK button.
