Overview

Employees who want to access their W-2/W-2c forms electronically must enter consent for electronic delivery through OneUSG Connect Employee Self-Service. If you do not choose electronic delivery, your W-2/W-2c will be mailed to you.

The deadline to submit consent to receive an electronic W-2 is December 31.

In this article, you will learn the steps to submit your consent to receive an electronic W-2/W-2c form.

1. Step 1

First, log into OneUSG Connect

From the Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Payroll tile.

2. Step 2

Click the Taxes tile.

3. Step 3

The Taxpage is displayed. Click the W-2/W-2c Consent menu item.

4. Step 4

The W-2/W-2c Consent Form is displayed. Review the instructions provided on the page.

Note: To receive your current year's W-2 statement electronically, you must submit your consent by December 31st of the current year. Once you submit your consent, you do not need to resubmit it each year.

To submit your consent, click the checkbox.

5. Step 5

Once the checkbox is selected, click the Submit button.

6. Step 6

The Submit Confirmation page is displayed. Click the OK button.

7. Step 7

Your current status now indicates: Consent received.

Note: If you leave UGA as a result of a termination or retirement, you will NOT be able to access your W-2/W-2c through the OneUSG Connect Employee Self-Service site if you consented for electronic delivery. Before leaving UGA, you will need to access OneUSG Connect Employee Self-Service and remove your consent for electronic W-2/W-2c. You can follow the same process to withdraw your consent as you did to submit your consent. If you fail to remove your consent for electronic delivery, you will have to contact OneUSG Connect Support to have your W-2 mailed to you.

8. Step 8

You will also receive an email confirmation for your submission.

Additional Information:
