You can run a query to find a list of all of the security roles given to an employee using the query name "UGA_USERS_ROLES."

In this article, you will learn the steps to run a query to view user data and the associated roles.

1. Step 1

Employee Self Service menu selected

Click the drop-down button next to the Employee Self Service menu.

2. Step 2

UGA Financials option selected

Click the UGA Financials link.

3. Step 3

query viewer tile selected

Click the Query Viewer tile.

4. Step 4

begins with field selected. enter UGA_USERS_Roles

The Query Viewer page is displayed. Enter appropriate information into the begins with field.

Enter " UGA_USERS_ROLES " into the begins with field.

5. Step 5

search button selected

Click the Search button.

6. Step 6

run to html link selected

The search results are displayed.

Click the HTML  link next to the query UGA_USERS_ROLES.

7. Step 7

view results button selected

You can search for specific information using the displayed search criteria.

8. Step 8

download results in excel spreadsheet selected

The result page is displayed. Click the Excel SpreadSheet link to download the data into an Excel file.

Note: Data has been masked to protect employee information.

9. Step 9

open button selected

Click the Open button.

10. Step 10

results displayed in an excel sheet

Results are displayed in an Excel sheet. You can filter through the data to view the information that you need by user ID or role name.
