When your time reporter information (such as your Reports To Supervisor and/or your Time & Absence Approver) is updated in the middle of a pay period, your timecard will be locked for editing. You can still enter your time, but you will need to change your View By and update the date to the Effective Date of the change to be able to enter your time.
In this article, you will learn the steps to enter time on the elapsed timesheet with a mid-period change in OneUSG Connect.
First, log into OneUSG Connect.
From the Employee Self Service homepage in OneUSG Connect, click the Time and Absence tile.
The Time page is displayed.
Click the Weekly Timesheet tile.
The timesheet is displayed with a notification stating a mid-period time reporting profile change exists.
Note: The mid-period change only displays on the corresponding pay period. You can use the pay period and week banners to locate the appropriate week.
The timesheet is displayed with the mid-profile change effective dates.
Note: You cannot enter time in these dates until you change the pay period to match the effective date of the mid-period change.
To select the mid-period change effective date, click the Pay Calendar icon.
The Calendar is displayed.
Select the date the mid-period time reporting profile change begins.
Example shown here: select 21 from the Calendar.
