Be sure that you have the VPN downloaded and installed on your computer. If you have not already downloaded and installed the VPN, you can find more information at: https://eits.uga.edu/access_and_security/infosec/tools/vpn/

You will also need ArchPass Duo and you can find more information at: https://eits.uga.edu/access_and_security/infosec/tools/archpass/

CAS2 + VPN01

CAS1 + VPN01

CAS1 requires signing in with your MyID and password.

CAS2 requires signing in with your MyID and password, followed by authentication using ArchPass Duo.

VPN01 requires you to first log in to VPN but with 01 access.

In this article, you will learn how to log in to the UGA Budget Management System.

Start from the Budgeting Resources page at

https://onesource.uga.edu/resources/budgeting/

Click the Login to UGA Budget Management System link to access the system.

Enter your MyID into the User Name field.

Enter your MyID Password into the Password field.

4. Step 4

The system will open to the Workspace page. There are three sections.

Recently opened: This lists the reports and items that you have accessed recently. This makes it easier to resume what you were working on previously.

The Quick Links and Workspace Pages section are not used at this time.

When you have finished your work, be sure to log off.
