Overview
To obtain access to the VPN 02 Restricted Group to access the Data Warehouse, access must be requested from UGA EITS.
In this article, you will learn the steps to submit a request for 02 Restricted VPN Access using the Team Dynamics ticket system.
Note: Click 02 Restrict VPN Access ticket to open the form in a new window.

Click the 02 Restricted VPN group access form link.

The 02 Restricted VPN Access ticket page is displayed. Your SSO information is required to submit a request.
Click the Sign In link.

The UGA SSO is displayed.
With your information entered in the Username and password fields, click the Login button.

Click the Request Access link.
|
|
 |
Enter the appropriate information in the Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee MyID, and Employee Phone fields.

Enter the systems required and justification for access into the List Restricted VPN protected systems employee needs to access or other justification for access: field.

|
Other related information can be included in the Additional Comments field.
|

Once all appropriate information is entered, click the Request button.
|

|
A confirmation page stating "Request Created Successfully" is displayed along with an Incident ID number.
