Quick start

1

Lower the screen

Use the wall control labeled UP / STOP / DOWN.

Start the room system

Use the wall display control panel and select the source you want to show.

Sign in

At the podium PC, sign in with your UGA MyID and password.

Choose a display mode

Press Windows + P on the podium PC.

  • Duplicate: Mirrors the podium screen on the room display.
  • Extend: Uses the room display as a second workspace.

Present from your own device

1. Connect

Locate the HDMI or USB-C cable near the back-right of the podium and connect it to your laptop.

2. Select

On the wall display control panel, choose the matching laptop input source.

Room-specific controls

  • The projector has no remote in this room. Use the wall touch panel.
  • If the TV does not respond to the display controls, use the TV remote to turn it on or off.
