The Warnell School of Forestry & Natural Resources maintains this classroom.
1. Logitech webcam C925e with microphone is pre-installed on this machine
2. For Zoom and Microsoft Teams, make sure the selected video setting is Logitech Webcam C925e and the selected microphone and speaker settings are Logitech Webcam C9253 and Extron Scaler (NVIDIA High-Definition Audio), respectively
3. Turn on the computer and monitor with power buttons on those components if necessary. Log-in to the computer with your UGA My ID and password or use FOR-1-209\instructor & Warnell. Please note: Any files downloaded to the computer in this room will be erased after the computer is restarted.
4. Select device button on the Extron 1808 Switcher (Button #3: Laptop USB-C, Button #4: Laptop HDMI and Button #5: Desktop Computer)
5. Laptop computer connection cables in cable cubby in back right side of podium.
6. Some audio adjustments can be made from your computer, desktop computer or on the Extron 1808 switcher
7. Presenter mode on desktop will only show audience view on the desktop monitor.
8. For classroom supplies (Dry Erase Markers, for example), contact Ashley McCullough, Building 2, Room 2-225A.
9. PLEASE SHUT DOWN ALL THE EQUIPMENT IF YOU TEACH THE LAST CLASS OF THE DAY (CLASS SCHEDULES ARE ON THE DOOR).
