All Faculty, Staff, and Students have access to the Office 365 Desktop Suite. You are allowed to have it installed on up to ten devices. Personal and/or UGA property. Incoming students will be able to download the latest versions of Office 365 to their desktop computers or laptop computers until at least one week before the start of their first classes. This includes returning students who may have lost access while away from campus.
To Install Office 365 follow these steps:
- Go to ugamail.uga.edu and login using your MyID@uga.edu and Password.
- Click on the Block of Dots or the "Waffle" in the top left corner.
- Click Microsoft 365 ->
- Click Install Apps on the far Right of this page
- Click Microsoft 365 apps.
- This will download the installer for office 365. From here based on your Operating System, follow the on screen instructions to install office 365.
