Warnell classroom computers are manufactured by Dell and run Windows 10 operating systems. To access the computer(s), you must have a valid UGA My ID and password. Should you run in to any errors with a classroom computer, please submit put in a Team Dynamix ticket to Warnell IT (https://warnell.uga.edu/office-information-technology). It is prefered to contact Warnell It via telephone for immediate assistance. Call 470-739-0830.
Upon attempting to access the computer, you might find that someone else is logged in ("William Smith"). Look for the Switch User button to the bottom left of the desktop screen and click on the button. You will be prompted to log-in with your credentials after the desktop screen reboots.
When you are finished with your class instruction, please go to the Windows Start button, locate your name at the top of the message screen and select and click on Sign Out. Note: It is okay to leave the computer on after you leave. You do NOT need to power the computer off after your class ends.
