1. This room comes equipped with one (1) Sharp LCD TV w/remote control, Two (2) NEC Multi Sync ME501 TVs w/remote controls and one (1) Logitech Vaddio Camera w/remote control
2. For Zoom and Microsoft Teams, the correct video setting is Extron Media Port 200, the correct microphone setting is Logitech Webcam C925e and the correct speaker setting is Extron HDMI (NVIDIA High-Definition Audio)
3. Turn on the computer and monitor with power buttons on those components, if necessary. Log-in to the computer with your UGA My ID and password or use FOR-4-516\instructor & Warnell. Please note: Any files downloaded to the computer in this room will be erased after the computer is restarted.
4. HDMI Laptop computer connection cable in cable cubby in back right side of podium. Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop and it will automatically appear on each TV
5. Some audio adjustments can be made on your computer, desktop computer or the Extron touch panel when operable
6. For classroom supplies (Dry Erase Markers, for example), contact Ashley McCullough, Building 2, Room 2-225A.
7. PLEASE SHUT DOWN ALL THE EQUIPMENT IF YOU TEACH THE LAST CLASS OF THE DAY (CLASS SCHEDULES ARE ON THE DOOR).
