The Warnell School of Forestry & Natural Resources maintains this classroom.
1. Use the AMX Touch Panel on top of the podium to turn on/off the system
2. For Zoom and Microsoft Teams, make sure the selected video setting is Robo Shot USB and the selected microphone and speaker settings are Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Tesira Forte) on the desktop computer. Robo Shot camera adjustments can be done using the Camera Tab on the touch panel
3. Turn on the desktop computer inside the podium. Press the power button underneath monitor if necessary. Log-in with your UGA My ID and password or use FOR-4-132\instructor & Warnell. Please note: Any files downloaded to the computer will be erased after the computer is restarted
4. Locate the HDMI switch device behind the monitor. There is an HDMI cable sitting on the right side of the podium. Insert this cable into your laptop computer. To display your laptop computer, press the switch device once or twice to display either laptop or the desktop computer
5. Some audio adjustments can be made on your computer, desktop computer or on the AMX touch panel
6. For classroom supplies (Dry Erase Markers, for example), contact Ashley McCullough, Building 2, Room 2-225A.
