DUO New Phone Reactivation

DUO is a MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). It is used to secure the systems scattered around UGA. DUO is very important tool for the security of UGA.

To reactivate your new Phone you will need to either contact EITS at 706 542 3106 or you can activate it yourself by visiting archpass.uga.edu.

Login via your MyID and Password and use the call me option (this requires that you have the same phone number).

Select "Device Options" for the phone number you wish to reactivate. Then select reactivate DUO Mobile.

You will be asked to verify ownership.

Select the type of Phone you have.

Make sure DUO mobile is installed.

Once this is done, follow the onscreen instructions to reactivate your phone by scanning the QR code on the screen with your phone on the DUO mobile application.
