Select the appropriate form below to initiate a UGA Foundation letter of commitment (pledge). Each link directs to the correct version based on the type of gift or submission method. All digital versions will route to the donor upon submission. The submitting development officer and Gift Accounting will also receive a copy once completed. Be sure to submit a new fund request when appropriate.
