This user guide will show step-by-step instructions on how to complete a task delegated to you in UGAF@Work.
Complete a Delegated Task
From the UGAF@Work home page:
1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner.

2. Click Switch Account.

3. Select the name of the delegator.

4. The Delegation Dashboard will automatically display.
5. Click the task you want to initiate on behalf of the delegator, such as “Create Expense Report”.

6. The task will open. Complete the task by filling out all required fields.

7. Once you have completed the task on behalf of your delegator, do not forget to switch back to your account by clicking the Profile icon > Switch Account.
