|
A Gift Financial Statement presents a comprehensive view of a single Gift’s financial position and performance. It includes both a balance sheet and an income statement as well as the Gift balance.

Income Statement: Summarizes the Gift's revenues and expenses

Budgets vs. Actuals – UGAF
|
This report compares the current year's budget and expenditures for an Unrestricted Budget. Each unrestricted budget rolls up in a hierarchy, and amounts are subtotaled for each level of the hierarchy.

Expense Report Tracking – UGAF
|
This report provides information into expense reports for UGA employees including expense report line detail, business process status, and payment status. The date range defaults to one month.

Supplier Invoice Tracking – UGAF
|
This report provides information into supplier invoices for external vendors including supplier invoice request detail, supplier invoice line detail, business process status, and payment status.

Gift Profile Report – UGAF
|
A live snapshot of gift information including gift type, date created, gift purpose, date trust agreement was signed (if applicable), and gift balances for the gift. The gift agreement is also available for viewing through a hyperlink. Principal Balance, Income Balance, Gift Balance, Rollforward Cash, Spending Budget Allocation, Revenues, Transfers In, Expenditures, Transfers Out, and Remaining Spending Budget

Current Year Expenditures – UGAF
|
This report provides the user with live, current year expenditure data for Gifts, broken down by spend category.

Monthly Summary with Principal Income Totals - UGAF
|
This report provides a Principal vs. Income Balance for Additions, Deductions, Changes in Market Value and Gain/(Loss) on Disposition of Assets, and Ending Balance for a particular Gift.

Gift History Report – UGAF
|
This report shows a particular Gift's historical financial activity (Revenues, Expenditures, and Market Value Adjustments) summarized and broken down by Fiscal Year for the past 10 fiscal years. This report uses YTD time periods. To calculate annual balances for previous fiscal years, please prompt for the current fiscal year and select the June period.
