DAR Employees may be eligible for UGA owned cellular devices or may be reimbursed for business use of personal cellular devices and/or home internet access. Please see attached DAR Wireless Communication Policy for more information on eligibility and reimbursement rates.
Employees requesting cellular devices should discuss the business need with their supervisor and submit a DAR WCD Request form for approval.
Employees seeking reimbursement of cellular services or home internet access should complete the attached DAR WCD Request Form and submit to their supervisor along with a copy of their latest phone bill. The applicable phone number should be noted on the bill along with the service plan cost. Only a portion of the service plan and access fees will be reimbursed. No insurance, taxes, device charges, etc. are included in the reimbursement.
