This report is the most comprehensive way to see your progress towards your goals i.e. meetings, asks, discovery, collaboration and solicitor revenue. The report is refreshed daily at 5AM and can be accessed at any time. The report can be found in GAIL by clicking Development Officer Activity Report from the Fundraising functional area page. Once the report loads, click your name to see specifics behind the totals displayed. If you have any questions, please contact Danielle Free or another member of the Prospect Management team.
| Use this report to look university wide or at a team specifically. To filter to just your team, use the box in the upper left below the title of the dashboard. To go into more detail on yourself, or any other fundraiser, you can click on a name and a menu to view all asks, solicitor revenue, or other pages. |

| If you find a page you want constant updates on, you can subscribe to the page by clicking the "Watch" button and subscriptions. You have options to edit the email that you will on the schedule you set. |

At any time you can use the "Return to Overview" button to go back to the front landing page that list all Fundraisers and their meetings, interactions, and other information. In the upper left, you can click the "Progress to Goals" tab to see how you and other fundraisers are doing at meeting your yearly goals of asks, revenue, and visits. Like before, you can click on a particular fundraiser's name to view asks or other options. However, on this page you can also click on a team name to see all asks, portfolio, or interactions for the team as a whole.
